Two days ago we had a 26KW Guardian whole House Generator installed by Riverside Electric Cincinnati. The install went extremely well and the installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very thorough. Everything looks and functions very well. The morning after we had the generator installed high winds took down power lines in our area and we lost electricity. The generator kicked in just like it should and it powered up our house within just a couple of minutes. We are very happy !!!

I am writing out of complete ignorance since we have not had the opportunity to use our generator yet. But the fact that we are both in our mid 80's, and out in the country, we thought it prudent to have this unit installed. This generator makes dealing with power outages easy. Have it professionally installed and you don't even realize it's there until your neighbors power is out and your the only house on the block with all your lights on, now that's a good feeling. When the generator kicks on it's pretty quiet, just sounds like your neighbor is mowing there lawn. The Generator has a nice sleek design, looks great next to the house, no enclosed fence needed to hide it. Very happy with my purchase , Looking forward to the next power outage.

My first Generac was a 7.5kw for a large home of about 5K sq ft. Worked fine for about 16 years, covered 70% of home functions - generally more than enough to be comfortable and survive. Was rusty and finally a board failed. The new model is a 10K wifi capable unit. Looks great, works great and takes care of about 90% of our home, which again is more than enough - about the only thing not covered is the AC, but since I am in Northern US - not a big deal! Just Super - get one - you won't be sorry.

Just had this unit installed. We are excited to have the peace of mind it brings, knowing that when there is a power outage we will have back up power. Installation was a breeze due to Dawg Electrical. Rocky was so easy to work with. Quick and easy on our part....Also love the features on this unit.

This generator was installed yesterday. The buying experience was very professional. The unit appears to be in excellent condition. The workers were very knowledgeable and respectful of my property. My neighbors recommended this product after their excellent experience.

This is a great Generator for those considering a Whole House Solution. But, I was disappointed with the Mobile Link Accessory - the Local Installer could not find where to plug it into the Controller and Generac has not responded to request for Assistance - I have useless accessory at this point.
