Team arrived on site at the set date and time. They explained the entire process including the placement and power outage time. After the work was completeted, they explained his everything worked and went through a simulated power outage. Everything worked like a charm. The operation if the unit is virtually automatic. Everything in the house can operate with the generator running. Job well done, happy with my results!

Living in the country we depend on electrical energy for our water well pump and sanitary system as well as all household applications. The Generac standby generator gives us peace of mind that we will have running water as well as lights during a utility outage.

We purchased this whole house generator to provide backup power foir extreme weather in our area (Hurricanes, thunderstorms). Initial setup and initial run was excellent. This unit has Wi-Fi and the installer took time to set it up to our cell phone. When trying to set up generator to my computer it appears that you have to go back to the setup Wi-Fi screen on the generator to enable each additional device (i.e. Computer, cell phone, tablet, etc) Other than that it appears to be a good product.

T&M Services did a great job! I am so happy with Generac at this point. You keep improving and making them better. Ya, it is not cheap, but trust me, worth every penny. I was without power for 6 days in TN due to an ice storm. Never again! I wonder about the countries infrastructure and fear this may be more common than it was in the past. I don't need to think about it anymore. I'm not trying to scare anyone, it was just a choice that was right for me. Generac is an amazing product and I am really happy about it. The wifi connection and ease of how it works. Automatic, you don't have to do anything. I have a portable generator that helped me get by, forget that now! Go for it!!

Just had the unit installed today, looking to get oil, filter, plug data, went through the manual and NOTHING. Came online, and not much here either in terms of specs, best resource seems to be from other owners answering questions. WHY IN THE WORLD would this data not be in the owners manual?

In two year's time, other than the monthly tests, our generator had been running for less than two days, total- then Hurricane Sally hit our area. 200,000 homes were without power. Hundreds of telephone/electrical poles were snapped like matchsticks. Thanks to our Generac Guardian, our home had power for 70+ hours. It easily powered our 2,000 Sq. ft. home. Two of our neighbors bought Guardian 22KW generators, just like ours, after we recommended that model, so there were three Generac Guardian 22KW generators, less than 1/4 mile apart, that ran 70+ hours with absolutely no problems. It immediately shut down when the power grid returned. We could hear the gasoline generators of a few neighbors still running hours after our electricity returned as it was still daylight.

Accurate Power & Technology is a great company. The staff are friendly, courteous and provided status updates. Installation crew were on time and professional, keeping me abreast of progress and ensuring I knew the entire process and approved of how, where and training on unit before departing. I am very satisfied with the entire process from purchase to install.

We lost power for 36 hours in August 2020. Thankfully we had some small gas powered generators to take care of the Refrigerators, Sump and Freezer. It was 95 degrees that day and night into next day. Sleep was non-existent. Walking around my development all of my neighbors were dark except for one. He had a Generac stand-by generator. Most of his house was taken care of except his A/C. I started thinking. September 15th 2020 I contracted with a company to provide a whole house unit. I ordered the 22KW unit to power my whole house. There was a run on generators and mine wasn't delivered until mid-January 2021. It was installed the 22nd and turned over to me on the 29th. I hooked up Mobile-Link on the 31st hours before a noreaster/snow event hit Maryland and I slept like a baby.

I recently had a 22kw generator installed due to frequent power outages in our area by Lee Legler Construction. I bought my 18KW in April 2023 after suffering six (6) days without power the prior year due to hurricanes here in Florida. It kept my whole house powered for 2 days after Helene and 4 days after Milton. It's only running about 50-60% load with a 2 1/2 ton heat pump, light's, well pump, hot water heater, etc. I was very pleased to find it only used approx. 1.2 gallons of propane per hour (at 50% load), and not 1.7 as spec sheet shows. My 200 gallons can go 7 days if needed, but did take off-line and gave it a rest to check oil. Exercises every Monday for 20 mins. like clockwork ready to go 30 secs after power outage.. High recommend this unit.
