Oaks' team made the pre-prep totally effort free. They did it all. The interaction with my gas company, permits, everything, my efforts were zero. The installation took 6 hours and their team leader was great. I don't know when I have ever spent such an amount of money with a perfect result.

I recently had 22kw unit installed. All is good but have not suffered a power outage yet, only a couple of simulated outages during acceptance testing. It is quieter than expected. I am not happy that remote monitoring is available only thru cell phone connection and not thru wifi. We cannot get cell signal here like many generator users in remote areas. What were their engineers thinking?

I can't speak for the generator itself because we just finished with the installation and walk through with operations. Work crew did and excellent job, They were both very knowledgeable of the product and acted in a very professional manner. I could not ask for better service from the office people or the installation crew at Mississippi Energy Services. If the generator preforms as well as the office personnel and the installation crew I will be very pleased..

Our generator was placed into service on 10/7/2022. Since then, it has often failed to start for its weekly exercise period (on10/11/2022, 2/8/2023, 4/6/2023, 4/10/2023, 4/20/2023 and 5/12/2023 to be specific). It keeps the service technician very busy for a seven-month-old machine. We have very little confidence that our generator will start if we experience a power outage.

Our 11kW Gernator has just passed 96 hours of run time, almost all of the hours as weekly maintenance runs, and has had maybe 4 hours of emergency run time under load. It now has a oil leak on the drive shaft seal that will cost almost as much to repair as the generator cost originally. The unit looks pristine in the enclosure other than this. When you consider how many hours you put on a typical engine (say your car), it is just not acceptable that a $6 seal would fail. My on line research indicates this is a common problem, so it isn't that I got unlucky. I would not buy Generac again.

We have had our generator for 2 years now. Installed when we built our 5200 sq ft house. It's only been needed for a few small outages lasting no more than an hour. Well, far East TX here had a massive wind storm rip through our area overnight, causing over 200k people to be without electricity for days. A good portion have been restored. We haven't been so lucky because we are so rural. Not to mention upper 90 degree temps, with 99% humidity, and feels like temps over 110 daily! With that being said, we are on day 6 (of many more) of running our Generac. Only shutting it down every 24 hours to cool and check fluids. Now for the goods! It is running 2 HVAC systems, sub zero double fridge, 4 chest freezers, 2 stand up freezers, and 6 ceiling fans consistantly. Not only that, but we can use the microwave, blow dryer, water heater, dishwasher, washer, dryer, ceiling lights, and many more things without it bogging down. Of the two years we have owned this, I am more than impressed, and very thankful we chose to install this on our home. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!

After years of hurricanes and the thought of losing power for sometimes days I finely have no worries.If your tired of trying to find fuel before and after a storm so you can have just the basics in life with a portable generator that most times wont start when you need it, this is a must..Its cost will pay for itself over the years I will not have to suffer in the heat after a fla hurricane..Im very happy I chose to get this installed and the peace of mind it will bring will be well worth it..

After experiencing a three day ordeal without power last winter, we decided to purchase a whole house generator to avoid any repeat situations like that. After reviewing our options, we decided to go with the 22 kW Guardian Series generator for our needs and are not disappointed in our choice. It self checks itself and maintenance is minimal and simple. It also looks good!

I travel frequently for work and having a Generac Guardian gives me the peace of mind to know that my family will have power while I'm away. The generator itself is compact and sits to the side of my house out where it is not easily visible. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

Used within first week of installation for 6 hours. Powered entire house inncluding 5-ton central air conditioning. Very nice. Only criticism is that literature focuses on Wi-Fi feature when our unit was installed with cellular connection. Discovered cellular after 45 minutes of trying to connect Wi-Fi. Suggest literature related to cellular be provided when cellular is installed.
