Ever since you made the ultra soft and strong roll larger I don't like it anymore! The larger roll isn't larger you made the sides shorter. By doing this the cardboard roll is sqeeched and the last third of the roll is wrinkled! I love the old roll!

We have bought Quilted Northern for many years because we appreciated the great quality. I purchased the "Mega 8 roll" package a week or so ago and have been very disappointed in the quality of the paper. First, the plies do not stay together so that instead of two ply sheets, you have two single ply sheets that you have to put together to be of any use.. Secondly, the tear-off serrations are about 1/2 inch offset on each ply. No, running one of the plies back does not bring the serrations back together. I thought the problem might be with the first roll from the package, but the second has the same problem. The code on the inside of the cardboard roll is "03(or 9)2221PTH BTR0072042". There appears to be a problem in your QA program. I hate to complain about a product like toilet paper, but there is obviously a problem with a product that has been top quality for many years.

I have very sensitive skin and suffer from IBS, it doesn't break me out or rub me raw, which is VERY important. I even carry it with me on trips, as it is the only bath tissue I will or can use.

We only use Quilted Northern. However, the last package I purchased was not the normal quality. About halfway through the roll, they start to separate/unroll at the center and do not tear correctly. This is the first time we have had this issue. I am a loyal Northern customer and do not have interest in using any other toilet tissue products.
