This is not our usual brand but my boyfriend was shopping online and purchased it because it was listed as septic safe. I'm very dissatisfied. It's too thick for me and my family and my toilet is currently backed up from it and it backed up into the house as well. We are using a trash can for the tissue. Horrible experience for us. We had two 12 packs. How do I request a refund?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 children at homes ages 2 years to 16 years. Two adults. Toilet paper is a big deal around this house and it is my only quiet time in the bathroom. So I pamper myself with the Ultra soft and strong by Quilted Northern. Makes me happy!!!

For a long time, I have told people the plastic wrap around paper products could be recycled at the grocery store along with grocery bags. But I still didn't like bringing so much plastic into my house in the first place. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I saw that Soft & Strong now comes wrapped in paper! I've always liked that QN plants replacement trees & has no dyes, but now that you're using paper to wrap the rolls, I will not buy any other brand. Usually, I only buy TP that I have a coupon for! Thank you for helping to protect Mother Earth, it matters!

I had to but this because they were out of the Members Mark brand. This stuff sheds, one layer stays put while the other slides off. Think littke bear cub coming home in Charmin commercial. After a week, started having plumbing issue. Apparently, the "softer" the paper, the worse for the toilet. Nope. Put it away for Extreme Emergency and bought my good old MM extra premium. More paper, less expensive, no sliding or clogging.

For me the best toilet paper is the one that you're able to wet without leaving any paper residue behind. I remember I went to China and one of the school administrators made fun of me for carrying my Quilted Northern toilet paper in my backpack for my stay in China, but I knew what I was doing, taking only the best paper. Even when I go to Mexico I take my toilet paper supply with me so I feel really clean! Trust me when I say is the best toilet paper. Once you make the switch to Quilted Northern you can't go back to any other toilet paper brand.

I have tried every tp paper out here and by far QN is the best I don’t feel like I’m being sliced open when wiping or feel like I’m using sandpaper when Pat drying plus no fuzzy left behind pieces…thank you QN for the pleasant feel on my gentle tender areas

For over decades my family has been using the quilted northern brand we cant use anything else. It's so bad that we carry an extra roll with us when we are out and about we wont use what ths public restrooms have on hand. Even at other people's homes we bring quilted northern

We have bought Quilted Northern for many years because we appreciated the great quality. I purchased the "Mega 8 roll" package a week or so ago and have been very disappointed in the quality of the paper. First, the plies do not stay together so that instead of two ply sheets, you have two single ply sheets that you have to put together to be of any use.. Secondly, the tear-off serrations are about 1/2 inch offset on each ply. No, running one of the plies back does not bring the serrations back together. I thought the problem might be with the first roll from the package, but the second has the same problem. The code on the inside of the cardboard roll is "03(or 9)2221PTH BTR0072042". There appears to be a problem in your QA program. I hate to complain about a product like toilet paper, but there is obviously a problem with a product that has been top quality for many years.

Our family of 6 has been using this toilet paper for years now and are always satisfied. I wouldn't mention this had it not been for inflation and how precious toliet paper is around the house. Our last package had one roll that was my pointer finger and middle finger in width!!
