We are enjoying our new coffee and cappuccino maker. It is easy to operate and makes delicious drinks! An acquaintance is also interested in buying one after sampling a cappuccino!

Product performs exactly as advertised. All-in-one machine is beautiful, sleek, easy to clean and instructions for producing coffee, latte and Expresso are perfect. I would buy product again.

Very good machine for the money. Espresso and brewing systems work great. Steamer works great as well. Need to read and follow instructions, though fairly easy to use.

i like the machine but so far I am having problems with the milk steamer - I get the green light that it is ready but it runs out of steam very fast - Am I doing something wrong?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for over a week using it every day. It has some really great features! Loved that it came with an easy set up guide. Very easy to set up! Coffee maker part makes great coffee. Easy pour in water well as you don't have to move the machine from under a cabinet, but just pour the water in from the sling out water well. The frother is very neat! Love the espresso maker, too. The only thing I don't really care for is when I put enough in for 8 cups of coffee, I seem to only get about 6 cups.

I love that I can make any type of coffee drinks at home . I love that it has milk streamer. The machine looks very elegant and looks great in the kitchen. Excellent coffee taste and quality every time. Highly recommended and very satisfied with results.

If you're a fan of cappuccinos and macchiato's this machine makes it so easy to re-create your favorite drinks at home. The compact design and versatility in this one machine gives you so many options. It's very quick to warm up and get going which I love when making a last-minute cup before heading out the door in the morning. I would recommend taking time to thoroughly read the instructions that come with it as it is not very intuitive if you've never used an espresso machine. I also wish it came with a milk frother cup as I found it difficult to find a mug that would work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I must say, this machine is beautiful and adds to the décor of my kitchen. It makes my kitchen look high-class and fancy. I love the drip coffee maker! I'm also happy that I no longer have to buy a coffee filter or use my Keurig. I miss ground coffee so bad but I just hate buying disposable cups. My coffee comes out perfectly every time and the water/filter compartment is very easy to clean. All I have to do is remove the filter or the entire filter base and clean it with warm soapy water. Also, I love that I can program my machine to make me coffee in the morning! Holy moly is that awesome. And the heating plate that keeps the coffee warm and a huge plus. The latte maker is so cool. I wasn't much of a latte/cappuccino person until I started making them myself. I love the frothing machine! It surprised me because I didn't know what to expect, but I found the whole process fun. It makes my cappuccino looks like it was made at a café. The only thing I had to get used to was that the cappuccino machine portion has to be stopped manually versus that drip coffee maker. I don't think that it's much of a problem for me because it allows me to regulate the strength of my drink. I also love how easy it easy to clean the water compartments! When I saw the manual I was afraid that this product would be difficult to figure out but it was very easy.

Before getting this machine I just had a normal drip machine but now having the option for espressos and the milk frother is great. The drip part is slower but I think that makes the coffee better. The espresso side is a little tricky in my opinion but still works great.

After owning this machine for nearly 6 months the expresso is not working. The trickle of the water went to zero. I've cleaned it multiple times before and after the trickle started. I've owned other units but not a dual unit. This by far the worst I've owned and experienced. Don't be fooled by the dual design.
