This is my first digital water kettle and I love it. It's very cool that it shows the currant temperature when heating up, so if I don't want it boiling hot I can switch it off at the desired temperature.

Bought this on a whim and so far it works lighting fast - especially if you need to boil water quickly. Only complaint is that you have to dry it out (like with a paper towel) as on the dish rack turned over it does not completely dry even after many hours. Not sure why. It's useful and I will keep it.

Kettle is an improvement over earlier models. The tea holder is attached to the top which has been a change. It’s not as easy to add tea post boil. However if you proactive remember to remove the tea holder prior to boiling it a better way to hold the tea. The way the top comes off is great. Easy to clean.

Very happy with this kettle so far! It's nice and heavy so feels solid. Heats pretty quickly and I like seeing the temperature to know where it's at. Have used different setting, but haven't yet made tea in the actual kettle. I also like that when it's full and I pour the water, it doesn't dribble from around the spout.

I've been using this for a few weeks so far and have found it to work very nicely, especially for the price. The main downside is that it's somewhat hard to clean because of a narrow opening, but I've experienced the same with other electric kettles. Solid all around!

This is a wonderful kettle. My previous one was all stainless and was corroding with mineral deposits from my hard water and difficult to clean because of a narrow opening. This pot has a nice wide opening and I love that you can see the water through the glass wall. The diffuser that hangs in the middle can be removed. You can see the temperature of the water as it heats and once boiling it will keep the water hot for an hour. I highly recommend this tea kettle!

We had one one of the instant hot water faucets. Well in 10 years we had to replace it Three times. It’s such a pain in the rear to replace when we remolded our kitchen we decided NOT to install one. We went with the chef man custom kettle. One of the best decisions we have made during the kitchen remodel.

I love this kettle. Heats quickly and shuts off. But it will try to heat back up if the temperature drops, so I unplug it when making tea. I use it to make tea, mostly. The extra large tea bag for gallon size tea fits perfectly in the basket that attaches to the lid. I haven't used it for loose leaf tea yet, but I think it will be fine.

This is an awesome electric tea kettle. I was skeptical about it being too complicated, but it is not. I love that I can set it at 185 degrees for my tea and it will heat up to that exact degree then the RED lights turn GREEN and I know it's ready! It's fast and the set up was easy. I use it without the center tea strainer, but I was thinking that I may use it for brewing Tropical black tea then refrigerating it for ice teas like I buy at restaurants. Bought one for our daughter and she loves it as much as I do. We used it this Christmas for our Hot Cocoa Station and it was perfect!

I’m loving all of the features. I do wish that there was a simple on/off switch at the base so I could just turn it off instead of unplugging it. That is my only complaint. I love the temperature options and how it will maintain the temperature. It’s great to be able to see the water level in a quick glance. It’s a huge upgrade over my basic model.
