love the way you can set temperature as i drink black tea and you dont want it boiling hot. Will give it 5 stars

My last Chefman's kettle started leaking on the bottom of the kettle. It is not cracked. I'm hoping this one doesn't

Love the product but difficult to register. No model no matched exactly. When I tried to use website the product no and data # was not indicated on product on back, bottom, or by any silver sticker.

I had an older model with temp control, cup measuring lines and keep warm feature. When it died after 3 years it was hard to find a new model with the same features. But I finally did and love my kettle.

It is very easy to use. I like that it heats to an exact temperature. I am replacing an old electric hot pot. As a tea drinker I use it a lot. But also use it when needed for cooking and/or baking.

It is very easy to use my husband loves it, now he says it's very easy to do he's coffee in the morning and for me it makes my cooking very easy and fast I'm so happy with my purchase

The ability to take the entire top off is great. It allows me to clean the inside more easily. I've purchased several Chefman kettles and I enjoy the upgraded lightning boil version

Very poor product. The infuser is made of kids toy grade plastic. Lot of plastic components. Not ideal in a kettle. Please avoid at all costs. The infuser is painted like steel to fool prospective buyers. Beware as it is very low grade plastic.

The product leaks water during regular use. I followed the instructions and assembled it correctly, but the issue persists. This significantly affects usability and overall experience.

This is my first digital water kettle and I love it. It's very cool that it shows the currant temperature when heating up, so if I don't want it boiling hot I can switch it off at the desired temperature.
