Still good after a couple weeks. Tired of kcup machines with not-so-hot coffee. This is hot and we switched to instant coffee. Now if Sam's can start selling Cafe Bustelo instant, that would be great.

Very poor product. The infuser is made of kids toy grade plastic. Lot of plastic components. Not ideal in a kettle. Please avoid at all costs. The infuser is painted like steel to fool prospective buyers. Beware as it is very low grade plastic.

The ability to take the entire top off is great. It allows me to clean the inside more easily. I've purchased several Chefman kettles and I enjoy the upgraded lightning boil version

This is my second one. I broke the glass by accident, so I had to get a new one. My favorite feature is being able to set the temperature; you don't want to ruin your green tea by boiling the water. It's convenient, easy, and wonderful.

Love the product but difficult to register. No model no matched exactly. When I tried to use website the product no and data # was not indicated on product on back, bottom, or by any silver sticker.

Because it's made of glass its very easy to see how much water is left. I've had a few days now, and I have had no issues with it. The only thing that could improve the experience would be to see the temperature as the kettle cools down.

This is my first digital water kettle and I love it. It's very cool that it shows the currant temperature when heating up, so if I don't want it boiling hot I can switch it off at the desired temperature.

This is a wonderful kettle. My previous one was all stainless and was corroding with mineral deposits from my hard water and difficult to clean because of a narrow opening. This pot has a nice wide opening and I love that you can see the water through the glass wall. The diffuser that hangs in the middle can be removed. You can see the temperature of the water as it heats and once boiling it will keep the water hot for an hour. I highly recommend this tea kettle!

I’m loving all of the features. I do wish that there was a simple on/off switch at the base so I could just turn it off instead of unplugging it. That is my only complaint. I love the temperature options and how it will maintain the temperature. It’s great to be able to see the water level in a quick glance. It’s a huge upgrade over my basic model.

Kettle is an improvement over earlier models. The tea holder is attached to the top which has been a change. It’s not as easy to add tea post boil. However if you proactive remember to remove the tea holder prior to boiling it a better way to hold the tea. The way the top comes off is great. Easy to clean.
