I love this tea kettle! Heats up quickly and stays warm! I have also used this kettle while cooking and needing boiling water quickly. I have used it to soak burnt food off of my pans. I can honestly say i use this kettle every single day!

While the design is appealing, I am disappointed with the quality. After only three weeks, the temperature display lost a line from one of the numbers.

It is my first day with it but the features have already been a god send. I drink tea of all sorts so being able to set the temperature saves so much time for me.

I like it very much, but it is leaking water all around the bottom every time I go to pour it. I’m wondering if it is defective and if I can get a replacement Can you please advise asap. Thank you

The infuser lets loose tea through the large holes. The strainer on the spout captures most but makes completely cleaning the inside of the kettle more difficult.

It The product has a strong odor and is requiring many cleanings with water and vinegar before it is safe to use. Otherwise the water boiled in it tastes of plastic

My daughter has one and I liked using it so much and I had to buy one for myself. It's easy to use, very convenient, and I get boiled water faster than my old stove kettle or microwave could ever deliver. Thanks!!
