First one leaked between where the glass and the plastic meet on the upper section. Got it replaced and the new one leaks from underneath.

Not worth expense. Difficult to use without full use of both hands, REQUIRES strong grip strength. Not recommended for arthritic seniors.

I’m loving this electric kettle so far. It gets very loud though & I’m not a fan of the light colors. But it works great & love that I can adjust the temps to my desire.

It is my first day with it but the features have already been a god send. I drink tea of all sorts so being able to set the temperature saves so much time for me.

I love this tea kettle RJ11-18-CTI-V2-CO I LOVE THE GLASS CARAFE. I love that you provided the temperature readout. I love the sleekness of the kettle. I love the changing color lights!! Thank you!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works wonderfully. I love the tea infusion feature. The water comes to a boil very quickly so that you don't have to wait long for your tea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little wizard of a machine is amazing! We absolutely love it!! It has become a staple in our home on cold winter nights for tea and hot cocoa! It is so quick, quiet and perfect for hot water!!

It The product has a strong odor and is requiring many cleanings with water and vinegar before it is safe to use. Otherwise the water boiled in it tastes of plastic

I love this tea kettle! Heats up quickly and stays warm! I have also used this kettle while cooking and needing boiling water quickly. I have used it to soak burnt food off of my pans. I can honestly say i use this kettle every single day!

The infuser lets loose tea through the large holes. The strainer on the spout captures most but makes completely cleaning the inside of the kettle more difficult.
