This kettle which is 1.8 L is very innovative with its cool temperature, settings, and electronic, color temperature system. Not only does this unit boil quicker, but you also have control of temperature as well as having a visual point to look at i.e. the color temperature to let you know when the unit has boiled very good product. I would recommend it. I have never seen this type of product in the USA, but where I am originally from which is a UK we had this type of kettle on the market from approximately 1995.

I did the infuser as stated. I did 8oz water, when heated I put diffuser in. Silly me thought the hot water infused the tea. I don’t know how to use infuser with such little water. I poured the water in a cup and put infuser in it….doesn’t work. 🤷🏻‍♀️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves drinking tea. Very easy to use. Takes less than 3 minutes to heat water. Also has a built-in infuser. No additional dishes needed. Safe and easy for kids to use for making oatmeal and hot cocoa. Would definitely recommend.

The current temperature display is cool. You can stop midway if you just want warm water. With low temperature and 1hr steep/keep warm, I burn tea no longer. Wish I could adjust keepwarm time to 20-30 min. Not sure how to pour without spilling yet. No need to clean if use filtered water. For cleaning, I learned that it rustes if i boil water w vinegar or too much soap. So to reduce rust, i only add 1T vinegar n oil after finish boiling, and keep dry when not using.

It heats up the water very quickly and i like that you can see the temperature as it rises so you know how much longer you have. It is also very handy to be able to steep tea for multiple cups at a time. My only problem is i am very afraid to ruining while cleaning, i am just afraid to get the electrical components wet. Overall very great product

This is my first electric kettle. Surprised at how quickly it heats up. It was easy to use. It is somewhat bulky and does take up counter space. I followed first use cleaning instructions but my husband said his tea had a subtle plastic taste. Hopefully, it'll get better with uses.

It heats up water for tea or instant coffee so quickly, it’s even faster than using the microwave! The instructions are easy to follow. It lights up red until it reaches the desired temperature. It saves me so much time in the mornings!

This is a very nice electric tea pot, but it absolutely does not heat past 186 degrees. I always set the temperature at 212° and have measured the temp multiple times using both digital and traditional thermometers. The very highest temperature it has achieved is 186 degrees. The ideal brewing temperature for most black tea is 200-205°.
