Not worth expense. Difficult to use without full use of both hands, REQUIRES strong grip strength. Not recommended for arthritic seniors.

First one leaked between where the glass and the plastic meet on the upper section. Got it replaced and the new one leaks from underneath.

While the design is appealing, I am disappointed with the quality. After only three weeks, the temperature display lost a line from one of the numbers.

I like it very much, but it is leaking water all around the bottom every time I go to pour it. I’m wondering if it is defective and if I can get a replacement Can you please advise asap. Thank you
