Once again, Samsung has FORCED garbage on their customers. If it isn't forcing ads on their TVs, it's forcing worthless garbage like the "Auto door" function on its refrigerators. Our freezer is constantly being opened and closed because of this crappe and we have freezer burned food and ice clumps instead of cubes from it. That's what happens when you have a constant stream of room temperature air being puched into your freezer all day long. Oh, you can disable this "feature" on other models, but not this one. So, Samsung KNOWS the Autodoor is absolute garbage and yet, they won't let you disable it on this model. Way to go, Samsung. Keep tallying up these wins.

I like the stainless steel outside, very easy to clean and maintain especially with a little one. This fridge is smart and has an app that makes maintenance easy. Never had any issues with cooling or dispensing.

And the different temperature compartments I don't know how it works but I know it does work better that any refrigerator I've owned in 40 years

No more ice falling out of door and water going everywhere. The sleek front design is so beautiful. The freezer stays so cold and the app works so well with notifications for door open and the filter needs replaced. Also the automatic close door is no nice.

We purchased this refrigerator in August 2023. I was very excited to have small ice and large ice inside the refrigerator not on the door as well as having the water inside the refrigerator not on the door. However, about six months ago we started having issues with The small ice dumping water into the container so in order to you use the small ice. I have to break it up 2 to 3 times a day. The other problem with the icemaker tray is that it doesn’t fit in there properly. It’s too small and comes off of the track often. I also have issues with the water, pitcher not filling and having to pull it out and put it back in and move it around to get it to fill. So while I would love to give this five stars, I absolutely cannot and if I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this refrigerator.

At first we were surprised of how much bigger it is compared to the old fridge, but now we dont even notice it. There is so much space on both the freezer and refrigerator sides for our family without having to stuff things in the freezer just to make it fit. Our favorite thing would have to be the water pitcher. Its amazing to just be able to take it out fill up your glass or whatever and put it back and then it refills itself without you haveling to do anything else. The lighting is another thing I like. Very bright white led lights really light up the inside so your able to see everything without an issue.
