It's fantastic that you've figured out the perfect dosage for different load sizes! Thanks for sharing your positive experience!

We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide evo Laundry Detergent Tiles, Original Scent, Cyndie. It must upsetting that the product did not dissolve properly in cold water. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Improper dosing and placement of detergent can cause residue on fabrics, while oversized loads hinder detergent dissolution and water circulation. For high-efficiency machines, maintain specific fill levels based on the cycle: a hands gap for normal cycles, 60% for synthetics, and 40% for delicate and quick cycles. Low water pressure can also impact washing. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can take care of you. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Tide.
