First use fail
The first time I used Tide Evo, it did not dissolve and left a big glob of soap on my clothes I had to rewash the whole load with liquid detergent. I followed all the instructions in my front end HE washing machine. This was not the expected outcome and I'm not sure if I'm gonna be using it again.

Having a tile not dissolve and then needing to rewash the entire load, is frustrating and absolutely not the experience we want for you, especially when you followed the directions. Dissolving issues can sometimes happen if the tile is not placed at the bottom of the drum before adding clothes, if the load is tightly packed, or if the cycle starts with limited water contact. If you decide to try again, placing the tile in the empty drum first, adding laundry on top without overfilling, and using a cycle with enough water movement can help. I used one of these tiles for the first time the other night, I used the original scent. When I woke up the next day to get ready for work I got dressed and the only thing I needed from that load with the new tiles was a bra, it definitely had the scent of the tile still, and I thought I would definitely try and get unscented for future use cause a whole outfit washed in that would be overpowering. I made it about 3.5 hrs at work before I had enough of the itching on my sides and back under my bra, went to the restroom and I had a giant red rash, figured maybe the fragrance was irritating my skin to much and thought I could try and rinse it in the sink a little to get rid of more of the fragrance and dry it as I had ~10hrs left to my shift, the amount of suds and residue that was left on just the sides of the bra(not even the padding) after having been washed was crazy. It was like I had put shampoo on it. I was unable to rinse it all out and had to leave it off. That rash from 3.5 hrs of wear has since turned into a chemical burn to my sides that blistered. These tiles are too concentrated even using one per load it can't be rinsed out effectively and is very harsh on the skin.

Original Scent EXTREMELY strong
I tried the unscented and really loved the convenience and non plastic packaging. Bought a box of the Original scent and don't know if I got a bad box or what but the scent is overwhelming. I have been cutting the tiles into quarters and the smell is entirely too strong on our clothing.

Never use Evo Pods
Melts and leaves a wade of fiber at bottom of washing machine or on clothing.::tried warm water/hot water/cold water! Put on bottom of machine and middle and top! And still ended up with wade of fiber sticky crap…just wondering how much it is going to cost to get machine cleaned from this product before it stops the drainage up…tried 6 pods and same result with each try no matter what I did different! Worst product ever!

A Fun Upgrade to Laundry Day
Tide EVO Laundry Detergent Fiber Tiles completely changed the way I do laundry. Instead of dealing with heavy detergent bottles or messy liquid spills, I just toss a fiber tile into the washer and I'm done. It's so convenient, especially when carrying laundry around the house. The tiles dissolve well, leave my clothes smelling fresh and feeling clean, and are easy to store since they don't take up much space. I also like that there's no measuring or dripping detergent everywhere. It's a simple, mess-free alternative that makes laundry a little easier every time.
Verdict is….Not Guilty!!!
I feel like I’m part of the solution using these. No more pod residue!
I love the new Evo pods! When I was using the regular pods, I would always end up with some type of melted pod residue on my dress clothes. It was annoying! With these pods, since there is no plastic, they dissolve properly, and do NOT leave residue on your clothes. They also smell so good, the the scent lasts. You also end up going through less detergent, because the pods are easy to use (it's 1 or 2!), and they travel well, since they are not liquid based. They're perfect for my laundromat trips and for my teens, who travel.

Overpowering Smell
I love Tide and have been using it for decades. I purchased a box of these new EVO tiles to give them a try. I could not get past the first one. The smell is overpowering and I had to open a window to try to get rid of the excessive odor this one pod was creating. I have no idea why it was deemed necessary to make the smell so strong. Even my husband who is not usually bothered by strong smells was put off by the overload of fragrance in this product. If strong smells don't bother you or you are in a launder mat, it might be okay but if you have a small laundry room, your entire house is going to smell like a Tide factory exploded in your home. SO disappointed. I will stick with the powder version I usually use. It airs out a few days after opening the box and is a great product.

Didn't dissolve
I placed 2 tiles in my front loader machine with a large load of towels on regular wash with hot water. When i went to put the towels in the dryer one of the tiles was stuck to the front window of my machine not dissolved. I had to run an extra rinse to make sure I had the soap out. To use the rest of the box I pre-dissolved the tiled before putting them in the bottom of the machine

Doesn't always dissolve
3 times out of 15, the pods failed to dissolve completely leaving a sticky, gummy pod about the size of a quarter. It also leaves a white stain on any fabric it sticks to. Cannot recommend. Will stick to detergent sheets manufactured by another company.
