Have been taking these for over a week and I don’t feel any difference. Not sure if I will continue to take this product as of now it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything.

It took maybe 1-2 weeks before the effects weren't distracting, but now that I'm used to it, I can definitely see myself keep taking it. I received a free sample of this (one dose) and thought I'd see if it really did make a difference. Well, it definitely works! Almost well enough that it should be considered a controlled substance. I took the recommended two capsules as instructed and I don't remember the last time I have gotten so much done around the house. Wife's oil change? Done! Tire rotation? Done! Six month long honey-do list? Done! Every bit of tile and grout in my house scrubbed spotless? Done!!! The result is honestly baffling. I felt like I was back in boot camp with the way I was cleaning. I just had this constant need to be engaged in something, and in my case, that happened to be knocking off the chore list on a typically lazy Sunday. Again, It works! However, I couldn't imagine running full steam like this every day. I don't think this is for me. Also, the dreams I had last night were absolutely insane! Alpha Brain was the only change to my supplement routine, so I feel it has to be what caused them. I may try again at half the dose in the future, but I'm going to need at least a 6 month recovery period.

I hate to say it but I was pretty disappointed. I used them for a few weeks before writing my review. The first few days I didn't notice any noticeable differences. I did experience an upset stomach, nausea, slight headache and was lightheaded. I quickly learned those were pretty common side effects. At first I wasn't any more focused and my memory wasn't any better but after a few days I started noticing a difference. I took them as directed with a light meal. They are pretty big pills and I had a hard time getting them down. I have a hard time taking pills in general but I didn't notice any bad taste or aftertaste. I also had my husband try them. He had no side efforts and they worked pretty well for him. I do like how they're caffeine free and it seems to contain natural ingredients. In all honesty, it's just not a product for me and that's okay. It doesn't mean it's a bad product. I can see it working and being helpful for others.
