It doesn’t have any taste or anything. The packaging is sealed well and I can’t wait to see if it does exactly what it says and helps me with my memory and to mentally focus more which is has helped with already. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These capsules seem to be effective when taken for memory retention. Personally, mid-age has hit hard and with that my focus and memory has flown out the window! These seem to help me retain a little more and keep on tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alpha Brain does work. It gave me focus and clarity for the day. There isn't any harsh ingredients either. It's a bit on the pricey side for a supplement but in the same range as everything else. I wouldn't recommend as an everyday use because of side effects that can occur. Talk to your doctor before taking any supplements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying this product for the first time and I was interested to see how much it would help with my forgetfulness. Not sure if it’s because I work so much or stressed out or if it’s my age. So anything that could help would be a bonus. Sealed well and the taste is typical pill substance so down it with some juice! I have to say after a couple of weeks of trying this, I felt like there was some more focal focus but I didn’t see anything drastic. Maybe with continuous use for a few months I can maybe take some data and see if there is a big difference. I do have to say it does give me. Queasy stomach at times so I make sure to have a solid meal beforehand and some crackers in case. But otherwise it’s been okay. Def have to check back on this.

I've been on this for several weeks and am loving it so far. I split the serving into morning and evening so I'm getting a boost before work and another boost when it's time to work out. I was taking two in the morning and getting more done at work but when I switched to a night serving I was able to stay focused on work out and have stopped taking a pre-workout for energy.
