After just a few days of use, I started experiencing severe headaches and nausea, which only got worse the longer I took it. Instead of boosting my cognitive function as advertised, it left me feeling drained and on edge. I tried reducing the dosage, but the side effects persisted. For the price and the promises, I expected much better results. Sadly, this supplement did more harm than good for me. Would not recommend.

It help support focus, It helps support memory, and it helps with faster reaction time. My husband is excited to give this a try. He has been studying to take upgrade exams at work and he's been using it for a few days. He states its giving him more focus lets see how he feels after the entire bottle is done. There has been excellent reviews of how effective this dietary supplements work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ingredients listed all seem to be beneficial to overall health and brain health so I can get behind that. 30 capsules only amount to 15 days and that’s unfortunate because I normally notice differences in energy and overall effects of this kind of product after 30-90 days. I will say I did make it a point to do as many things as possible on my daily to do list during these 15 days and didn’t feel the normal brain drain at end of the day so I consider that a plus. Whether or not that was placebo effect or the pills remains to be seen. 3/5 stars, I didn’t hate adding these pills to my day but I won’t go out of my way to find them and keep them in my daily routine.

It didn’t cause any negative side effects, which is a plus, but I also didn’t feel any improvement in concentration, memory, or productivity.Everyone’s body responds differently, so it might work better for others — but for me, it just didn’t deliver the results I was expecting. Considering the price, I’m not sure it’s worth it unless you know it works for you. Maybe if I used it for a little longer, I would notice. For that I can not recommend it.

Someone had mentioned before about the changes. Does not feel the same as before. If it was a little cheaper it would be great as something on the side to maintain. But Alpha Brain Instant gives that focused feeling, just in a really really lessened amount. If price point was adjusted this wouldn't easily be something to throw into the cart with others.

I bought 90 capsule bottle, and within the first 30 minutes started feeling the results. I felt I was able to focus on multiple tasks, and had a greater attention to detail. I will definitely be ordering a second bottle after I finish with this one. Thanks Onnit!

It’s a small bottle that fits easily in my bag. As for effectiveness, I don’t noticed a big improvement, but I think I need to take it more time.

There’s no taste since you just swallow them down with water. The only downside is you have to take two capsules a day so a 30 count bottle would only last half a month.

My focus and concentration are so much better, my thoughts way more organized and aa result I am much more productive with record keeping, reading scientific journal articles and following written instructions.
