[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are a capsulated pill, so there isn't really much of a taste. They have helped, but the size of the pills are a bit much. I would consider reusing a product similar to this but smaller pills or tablets.

I started taking Alpha Brain about three months ago. At first, I didn't think I saw much of a difference, but I did notice that I wasn't having as much trouble finding the words I was trying to say. I decided to stop taking it to see if I noticed a difference... that was a mistake. I'm having more problems finding words to describe what I'm talking about, problems retaining information, and productivity problems. Alpha Brain didn't make me smarter, but it makes me sound smarter and seem more on top of things.

I have been struggling with staying focused in the afternoons. Alpha Brain Memory & Focus has helped keep me on task. I take a dose around 11am or so. Helps keep me going all afternoon It did take a few days to notice the effects, so stick with it. Day 3 is when I started to notice it working.
