The craving for sweets has disappeared, the skin has become clean, smooth, and I definitely have more energy.

Took it or a week and had incredibly good focus after taking the supplements. However something did not mesh well with my own body chemistry and suffered a mild heart attack. I stay away from caffeine and alcohol. I'm 48 years old an a ex professional fighter. I'm doing OK now but I suggest seeking a Dr's advice before embarking on any supplemental journey.

Just a few days after starting to take it, I noticed that I began to perceive information faster and concentrate on tasks better. The composition is natural, without stimulants, which is important for me. The capsules are convenient, easy to swallow, no unpleasant aftertaste. Especially useful in moments of high mental stress - study, work or creative projects. Of course, the effect may be different for everyone, but for me Alpha Brain has become an excellent support for the brain.

It is easy to take and has a lot of beneficial natural ingredients. Being easily distracted and a bit forgetful, I can use all the help I can get. After taking this supplement for a few days, I did find that I was able to focus a bit better, which does somewhat help with memory and cognitive functions. I didn't really see a whole lot of difference in my ability to focus between drinking a cup of coffee in the morning and taking the two capsules. If you're a caffeine sensitive individual, this would probably be up your alley. For me, I'll just stick with black coffee.

I have been taking it for a week and I have seen a difference and how I focus on the task in front of me first and not move on to many others and never finish the first task. There are a lot of quality ingredients that are all packed into one little pill with a veggie capsule. It was tasteless and easy to swallow. It is more expensive than some of the supplements I take but they have many ingredients that would cost more to buy separately and take. I will continue to keep this in my vitamin routine. I would recommend it to friends and family.

I took 2 pills after eating a hefty breakfast. Within 3 hours, I was sweating, had diarrhea and my stomach started churning. I was nauseous and unable to focus the rest of the day.
