I followed the instructions and took two capsules with food, but I ended up feeling extremely nauseous for the rest of the day. It took hours to feel normal again, and honestly, the experience was rough enough that I haven’t felt comfortable trying it again, even with a smaller dose. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it based on how it made me feel.

I bought the Memory & Focus product over a year ago and really noticed a difference. I'm now 68 and before taking this, I was having trouble even with short term memory - something my mother had for a while before she passed away (at 94). I have another natural memory product from one of my doctors but it doesn't help with focus. Recently I stopped taking Alpha Brain when I ran out and thought I would see if I really needed it. I've been taking these supplements for three weeks now, and I tell you that my focus is better. Menopause is hard on me with being foggy headed, but now I am able to focus more, and I feel like my head is clearer. These are easy to take, I take them mid day when I need them the most. I don't care for the flavor when I belch , it's an earthy taste, but I can get past that because these work for me. I like the sleek, easy to open packaging . I think that these are pretty affordable, wjem I am ready to get a second bottle.

First this product is super easy to take- its not a huge capsule so it goes down fairly easily. There is no taste which is a huge plus! I do feel more focused when i take it! All in all i believe this to be a good product and i will consider purchasing once my sample runs out!

I've used Alpha Brain for work for months but what really got me was this past weekend. TransIowa is a 340 mile gravel road bicycle race. It took me 30 hours to complete and my mind was sharp all the way through never missing a turn. I always take my Alpha Brain if there is anything I have going that I need my brain to be on point.
