In terms of effectiveness, I noticed better memory and focus after a few weeks. The ingredients are natural, with plant extracts. Although it’s not cheap, it offers good value for money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product unfortunately made me really nauseous. I tried it twice to just see if it was a coincidence, but both times I did not feel great. I did not continue to take the product and cannot talk about if it helps memory or focus.

The first day I took 2 capsules with a light breakfast and within 3 hours had diarrhea and an upset stomach with a burning sensation which lasted through the night. Also, I found it difficult to sleep because of anxiety. It's the following day and my stomach is still upset. Onnit has some terrific supplements but for me, this isn't one of them.

Instructions are to take 2 capsules daily with a light meal. They are gluten and caffeine free. I was gifted 30 capsules, so 15 days worth. I didn’t really notice any difference in taking them. Maybe if I had taken them for a longer period of time. They were easy to digest and I had zero issues.

I do feel a significant difference in terms of flow state and I have been struggling to remember things less than I had previously. I’m not sure how effective this will be in the long run, but as of now I’m content with them. A plus is also that while big, the capsule size is not huge and there is no bad smell to them.
