I always know what I have on hand. What an upgrade for my kitchen! Temperature gage just inside the right door shows the temperature of my fridge and freezer! Glass shelves and door shelves that are clear! 3 drawers for produce and efficiency! The ice makers are wonderful with 3 bins, one for the door and 2 in the freezer assure we always have Ice! The filters are easy to change too! I am so happy with my purchase. Samsung hit it out of the park with this design! My kitchen looks so updated with this addition. My friends and family really like it too!

I love the center drawer that pulls out so you can see everything in the drawer and not have to dig through it. The 4 different types of ice are so fun! It comes with a scoop for the smaller pieces in the middle drawer. Lots of room with this counter depth fridge and great lighting inside.

This not only maintains the refrigerator’s sleek appearance but also saves me time on cleaning. This design allows my magnets to also stick! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised how spacious this counter depth refrigerator is! I owned a counter depth refrigerator in the past and it just didn't work out as it was too small right around 18-19 cubic feet. This Samsung French door, however, is 25 cubic feet, which is only 0.5 cubic smaller than the full size refrigerator that I am replacing! The extra 3-4 inches I gained between my refrigerator and the island in my kitchen is very pleasant and noticeable. The doors auto closes soft and nicely compared to my older refrigerator. I have yet to accidentally not close it all the way. But even if I did, this does come with an alarm that alerts if the doors have been left open for more than 2 minutes. The stainless steel finish is nice than expected and seems very fingerprint resistant and easy to clean. The doors are flat instead of a little rounded like my older unit, this makes it look nicer and more sleek. I was able to sync this refrigerator to my SmartThings app within a few minutes as I already have another appliance synced up before. Every works as it should perfectly, I can control the temperature and the app would even alert me if the doors are closed/open. The powerfreeze and powercool features are super useful during the initial installation as it shortened the time for the unit to get to the manufacture's suggested temps for the very first time. I would assume this feature will be very useful if the doors were left open for a long time while loading/unloading groceries. Overall very satisfied with the product as it arrived at a very good timing and works wonderfully well. Thank You!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's no doubt that counter depth refrigerators are all the rage these days. Rightfully so since they look sleeker and don't stick out too far. Unfortunately that means that you loose some storage space....usually. Enter this new refrigerator. This is by far the biggest cu ft refrigerator in counter depth size. No longer needing to buy sparingly to save space in the fridge. All that and Samsung still didn't let us down with all the extra features. Things like the chime to let us know if the door was left open by one of the kids, or ability to be added to the Samsung Smart Things app. With the other home appliances it's our one stop to keep up on things that keep our home running. It alerts us just the same about door being open or when the filter needs to be changed out. It's such a nice convenience knowing everything is in my palm instead of having to remember it. My personal favorite thing is the different types of ice and of course the "ice bites." During the hot summers of Texas they're a life saver. Overall we're delighted with the refrigerator and happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great refrigerator, has lots of neat storage. I love the two sizes of ice and the bins I can scoop from. The freezer with two drawers keeps things from getting lost in the bottom freezer drawer. It does not have a light in the second freezer, which is a negative, but otherwise we really are enjoying our new refrigerator. Would recommend.

After 3 months, ice maker quit qorking then freezer quit working. After literally 4 hours on the phone talking to multiple customer service agents, a teh came over and replaced the ice maker. 24 hours later, still not workikng and now the freezer stopped working too. Called again, transferred, hung up on, couldn't understand their accent since they are not in the US nor speak fluent English. 4 days later, I now have another service appointment for 2 days from now. All of my freezer items are now in the garbage and they won't let me know file a claim on lost food until they actually fix the pile of junk unit. Never again will I buy a Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this new fridge to replace our old fridge that we had for the last 7 years. Then we got this new smart and spacious new fridge. I was able to connect it to Samsung Smart Things right way. The inside is very spacious and now I have 2 ice makers with 4 types of ice total. It has help us to save money on ice and water since we use the ice and water from the fridge dispenser multiple times a day. As you can see in my pictures the fridge is very nice looking and goes very well with my other stainless steel appliances. The fridge has 2 freezer doors and 3 drawers in the fridge area. We have plenty of space for our food. I am very happy with my purchase. But there are a couple of things that it will nice to have like a better light for the main fridge, also the freezers don’t have a light. It would have been nice have lights. Also I would like a middle temperature adjustment compartment for cold drinks and also the double door compartment for the main fridge to get to the condiments. Just a couple of things that I would like to have but I definitely like this new one. It fits my family needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is very pleasant to look at. Not only that, but the looks match the the inside performance. One of the biggest issues we used to have was that the refrigerator would never cool evenly. We always had to shuffle things around to make sure certain items didn't get too cold or almost freeze in the refrigertor portion previously. Not with this. Everything cools evenly and we don't have anymore overly cold or warm spots. My favorite feature though has to be the Samsung Smart Things app. It tells me when the kids leave the the door open or when the water filter is needing to be changed. The last thing I want to mention is that despite being counter depth, this feels like it has the capacity of a full size refrigerator. Which is great since we don't have the space for a separate refrigerator anymore and are limited to just having one. Very pleased with the unit overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is just what we needed. Our old one was freezing up and we couldn’t get the ice maker to work. Our new Samsung has 4 ice types, through the door and 2 in the freezer. We love it! The counter depth is still very spacious and sits flush with the cabinets making it have a sleek look in our kitchen. The fingerprint proof finish is amazing. It’s definitely doesn’t mark up and look all nasty like our old fridge. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. Now I want to get the stove and other appliances to match. The freezer space is a little less than we had before but we have another freezer in the garage so we are good with that. Also there is no light in the bottom freezer drawer but we don’t cook in the dark so that is not a problem either. Samsung has always been our go to. We have all Samsung appliances including washer and dryer and our last Samsung fridge was great as well except for the ice maker. I think we will stick with Samsung moving forward as well.
