Despite its size, they managed to navigate it through my backyard to get it into my kitchen without a scratch. Their professionalism and effort were commendable, and I appreciate the smooth delivery experience. Upon installation, I was immediately impressed by the generous storage capacity. The 30 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Refrigerator provides ample room to store all my groceries and keep everything neatly organized. The slide-in shelves are a brilliant addition, allowing me to customize the space to accommodate tall and bulky items with ease. The standout feature of this refrigerator is undoubtedly the four types of ice it offers. The Dual Auto Ice Maker produces both cubed ice and Ice Bites™, which has quickly become our favorite choice. Additionally, the external ice dispenser gives us the option to enjoy curved or crushed ice, adding a touch of convenience and luxury to our beverages. Being a part of the Smartthings ecosystem was one of the main reasons for choosing this Samsung refrigerator. Integrating it with my existing smart home setup has been seamless, and I love the ability to monitor and control its energy usage through the SmartThings app. The notifications for door status, temperature changes, and water filter replacement are incredibly useful features that enhance the overall user experience. The Metal Cooling technology in this refrigerator ensures that cold air is locked in, preserving the freshness of our food items. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family purchased the Samsung 30 cuft 4-door Mega Capacity model. We had a very positive experience with both the install crew's removal of our old unit and the careful install of the new unit. We're lucky this house has a large front door, as this unit is big! Our old fridge was only 22 cuft and it was time for more space. We highly enjoy the sleek magnetic exterior, where only the two french doors have handles. The two freezer drawers have an inset on the top edges that you pull. This unit makes 3 kinds of ice plus main crushed. The other 2 are in the top freezer drawer; while that does take up space, if you are a household that has a lot of parties or uses a lot of ice, this is the fridge for you. The fridge is much deeper than our last one and has room for a large pizza box PLUS more. The LED lights are nice and bright. We were able to also connect it to our SmartThings app on the first try, which lets you control the powerchill and powerfreeze modes along with turning off the ice makers in the freezer should you choose. This fridge is everything we were looking for, with the Samsung quality we have come to trust, along with the great warranty. You won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new Samsung fridge for about 4 months now. We replaced the coveted Kitchen Aid that died on us, that people so love, but I did NOT. I MUCH prefer this Samsung. I love how the two drawers on the bottom (freezer drawers) are separate so that one doesn't collapse into the other. I also love how much ice this thing makes. We area family of 5 and live on the lake so in warmer months we fill up coolers quite often and this ice is going to be great! My favorite thing about it is how much space is on the inside. I don't know how this thing fits in the same footprint as our last one but has SO much more space. Our other fridge was constantly stuffed full and we are having a hard time filling this one up. It's SO BIG. I am extremely happy with this fridge!

Who designed the shelves on this thing? They are too short for a gallon of milk or even a half gallon of juice. Yes there is one shelf that part of it slides back so they can fit, but you lose shelf space because of it. With all of my heart and soul, I despise this refrigerator and regret the purchase. There is NOT enough fridge space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fridge is very spacious and gives plenty of storage options for our families needs. it is large enough for all the food items we need but not too large that it overtakes space in our kitchen. The dual fridge is a great option for us to be able to separate the everyday frozen items from the larger bulk frozen items. I appreciate the Smart options tracking that is available. It's helpful to track when the fridge door is left open, if it's using too much energy or when the filter needs changing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung refrigerator! I got the counter depth and it is perfect, nothing gets lost now in the back. There are 4 different types of ice cubes. There is so a large cheese drawer, which we love. There is a spot for a gallon of milk on the door that is super handy. would definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a new refrigerator. The installers were also great with the install.

Seems fine for a modern Korean refrigerator, but it lacks full time water/ice dispense door light, insufficient inside lighting (only one), and no lightning in lower freezer drawer. Frame seems flimsy and adjusting front feet and door is required. Not sure "metal cooling" is a good idea. I for one, prefer fan circulation cooling. All in all, there are better options out there.

Only issue was a defective ice maker; after research, found this was a longstanding issue that wasn't fixed with the new corrected ice maker. Solely blame very poor management. Required 3 service calls to rectify a known problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge overall is pretty good, however it does have some flaws. The freezer is way too small, especially since the ice cube part takes up half of one drawer. It’s just not enough space if you are like me, trying to stock up on some things. The other issue I encountered was the app. Since the freezer is fairly small I tried to turn off the ice maker in the freezer. The cubed ice turned off just fine, but the Ice Bites did not. It kept on turning back on even though I turned it off. Quite a frustrating experience. I think I prefer old school control buttons over online apps.

We bought this less than a year ago, and it has failed twice. Had to move all of our refrigerated and freezer goods out, and disposed of spoiled food. This is an unreliable product and would not recommend it. We noticed the latest breakdown on a Saturday morning, exchanged text messages with someone who had little english comprehension and finally talked with a human who also was difficult to understand. We were told we "might" get a call back on Monday or Tuesday. This is a lemon.
