[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's no doubt that counter depth refrigerators are all the rage these days. Rightfully so since they look sleeker and don't stick out too far. Unfortunately that means that you loose some storage space....usually. Enter this new refrigerator. This is by far the biggest cu ft refrigerator in counter depth size. No longer needing to buy sparingly to save space in the fridge. All that and Samsung still didn't let us down with all the extra features. Things like the chime to let us know if the door was left open by one of the kids, or ability to be added to the Samsung Smart Things app. With the other home appliances it's our one stop to keep up on things that keep our home running. It alerts us just the same about door being open or when the filter needs to be changed out. It's such a nice convenience knowing everything is in my palm instead of having to remember it. My personal favorite thing is the different types of ice and of course the "ice bites." During the hot summers of Texas they're a life saver. Overall we're delighted with the refrigerator and happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 4-door refrigerator is masterful with families on the run or who love to have parties. The refrigerator was easy to setup and connect to the local Wi-Fi so that you can be alerted when someone may inadvertently leave a door open for too long. The shelving inside is adjustable so that you can place your large cold storage where you want to instead of having to compromise with the default design. Inside, there is a pull-out drawer that can hold at least a dozen can drinks. The real magic is below the refrigerator doors. A large drawer that can be pulled out to expose a large, divided bucket with scoop that collects pre-made ice for later use in multiple different sizes. This feature is the most talked about feature with family and friends as normally you're waiting on ice to be dispensed instead of being able to scoop up the desired amount quickly. Within the bottom drawer there is another large area to store frozen items for later use. This refrigerator has it all and will satisfy any needs you may have around ensuring you have the right appliance for your home and family to use.

The dual ice bins with scoop includes makes making drinks fun again. The dual freezer allows for having adequate space for placing/storing bulk items. Love the LED lighting.

First, a big shoutout to the delivery team (RXO) who did an amazing job maneuvering the huge fridge through our backyard to get it into our kitchen. They took their time and made sure everything was set up perfectly. This refrigerator replaces our old one that had cooling issues, and we decided on Samsung to match our other appliances and integrate into our smart home system, SmartThings. Once installed, it took around 12 hours to reach the desired temperature. The spacious interior is a game-changer, and I love the four choices of ice. My favorite is Ice Bites™, perfectly shaped and easily accessible in the freezer. We connected our RO line and added an extra refrigerator filter for crystal clear ice and water. The modern design with recessed drawer handles blends beautifully into my kitchen, giving it a sleek and sophisticated look. The stainless steel paneling not only adds to its aesthetics but also helps maintain consistent temperatures throughout the refrigerator, thanks to Metal Cooling technology. The inclusion of Wi-Fi capabilities allows us to monitor energy usage through the SmartThings app, providing energy-saving tips and alerts to manage our electric bill effectively. We receive useful notifications, such as alerts when the door is left open or if there are temperature changes, and reminders to change the water filter - all conveniently accessible from our smartphones. Overall, this purchase has made my wife very happy, and in turn, made life happy. It's a fantastic refrigerator with ample space and smart features that I highly recommend!

This frig has plenty of room and the shelves adjust to fit all sorts of different size dishes. And I LOVE that you get 4 kinds of ice!! The tiny cubes are my favorite!!

The freezer is way too small, especially since the ice cube part takes up half of one drawer. It’s just not enough space if you are like me, trying to stock up on some things. The other issue I encountered was the app. Since the freezer is fairly small I tried to turn off the ice maker in the freezer. The cubed ice turned off just fine, but the Ice Bites did not. It kept on turning back on even though I turned it off. Quite a frustrating experience. I think I prefer old school control buttons over online apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our large three generational family of 10 enjoys and appreciates our 30 cu. ft. Mega Capacity 4 door refrigerator/freezer. In’s accessible to the tall and short with efficient use of space for large, medium, and tiny items. The constant 37 degree and 0 degree temperatures assure us food remains safe and healthy in the fridge and freezer. Granted the doors are opened many times a day yet the temperatures remain constant. Cleaning inside and out is easy. It’s less than six months old so there are no maintenance issues to date. Happy, happy, happy.

The refrigerator works terrific and everything is seemingly in great order and good organization. The icemaker concerns me due to the online issues and concerns but I bought the extended warranty, so hopefully I will be covered

Use this fridge for an year. General design is good, but the quality is not not. You can get ice though the water dispenser (great feature), but then some ice will stuck inside and will be slowly leaking out and you will get a puddle on the floor. Having a wet and slippery floor in your kitchen creates a safety concern. So, we never use water dispenser for ice any more. The other problem is that it is absolutely unclear how to remove bottom glass shelf for cleaning and the user manual doesn't has no description about it. There are also several inconvenient things that make the usage of this fringe unpleasant. I do not recommend this product and won't buy it again.

This unit was delivered to us on April 13, 2024. The Ice maker and the water dispenser stopped working the next day on April 14,2024. I put in a service request on April 14, 2024 and I was told that the repair company were scheduled to come out on April 15, 2024. No one from the company came out but they did call and say that they were waiting for a part to come in so they rescheduled. Did I mention that NO ONE CAME OUT TO EVEN TO LOOK AT THE REFRIDGERATOR TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!!!. So my wife asked the rep "how are you all waiting for a part to come in but no one has come out to check out the problem?" The repair customer service Rep's said, "THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE WITH THESE REFRIDGERATORS". Because I don't like playing games, I Called SAMS Club. The Sam's rep said that because this item is sold through a third party the Item is not eligible for return and that someone is suppose to be getting in touch with me in the next 24 to 48 hours. Funny that was not mentioned before I made my purchase. In Fact if you scroll down to the about this product section you will see this exact statement " Return this item for a full refund or replacement within 90 days of purchase. Restrictions apply. Read the full policy." After clicking on the Read the full policy link and scrolling down to subsection 2. Specific Products/Purchases, there it states "If a Member is not satisfied with the merchandise they purchased from Sam's Club, whether in-club or online, we'll replace it or provide a refund in most cases with the following exceptions: The exception listed for Refrigerators above 9 cubic feet 90 DAY RETURNS. This refrigerator is 30 cubic feet. Rest assured that even though this junk is not working Sam's expects for me to pay them their $2,000.00. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
