We're so sorry to hear you had this experience with our Bounce Outdoor Fresh Select a Size Dryer Sheets. We understand your concern on the concept of the Select a Size sheets. We have strict quality controls and it’s unusual for a package to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. Please contact us at (800) 526-8623 so we can hear more about this situation and take care of you. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Bounce, and we want to keep you in our family.

Steven, thank you for your candid feedback on Bounce Select a Size Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets. We are truly sorry to hear of your frustration and the inconvenience our new design has caused. Your long-standing loyalty to Bounce is greatly appreciated, and we deeply regret that this product innovation has led to a negative experience. Our Select a Size feature was designed to offer flexibility for different load sizes, with each individual smaller sheet containing the same amount of active ingredients as our Base Bounce Dryer Sheets. This was intended to provide quick and customizable dosing. We are very sorry this intention did not translate into a positive experience for you. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. We value all customer input as it helps us improve. We kindly ask you to contact us at 1 800 526 8623. We are eager to understand your concerns further and find a way to make things right. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
