We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Bounce Select a Size Fabric Dryer Sheets, Outdoor Fresh. We understand it must upsetting that the scent was too strong and color was off.

We know scent is based on personal preference, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through being the first one with us.

Our sheets are supposed to have a Off-white color to it, not yellow.

And, also, the fragrance may fade or change if the container has been opened for a long time, or if the container has been stored at high temperatures.

We recommend you use the product within a year, and to store it in a dry room at room temperature.

And we also recommend that as the Outdoor Fresh scent is too strong for you, you consider using our Bounce Free & Gentle Dryer Sheets that are free of dyes, free of perfumes, and they are dermatologist tested.

Please contact us at (800) 526-8623 so we can hear more about this situation. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Bounce.

We thank you for sharing your thoughts. Bounce Select a Size Dryer Sheets are designed with perforated large sheets that allow tailoring the sheet size to the laundry load, so you can use just what you need. Each smaller sheet contains the same amount of active ingredients as the base Bounce sheets but with 33 percent less substrate, helping deliver the same performance with less material. Plus, you get 25 percent more sheets compared to the Bounce 320 pack. The goal is to provide flexibility and efficiency rather than encouraging higher usage. We would love to hear more about your experience and assist you further, so please call us at (800) 526-8623.
