We&#39;re really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Bounce Select a Size Fabric Dryer Sheets, Outdoor Fresh. We understand it must upsetting that the scent was too strong and color was off.<br /><br />We know scent is based on personal preference, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through being the first one with us. <br /><br />Our sheets are supposed to have a Off-white color to it, not yellow.<br /><br />And, also, the fragrance may fade or change if the container has been opened for a long time, or if the container has been stored at high temperatures. <br /><br />We recommend you use the product within a year, and to store it in a dry room at room temperature.<br /><br />And we also recommend that as the Outdoor Fresh scent is too strong for you, you consider using our Bounce Free &amp; Gentle Dryer Sheets that are free of dyes, free of perfumes, and they are dermatologist tested.<br /><br />Please contact us at (800) 526-8623 so we can hear more about this situation.
