We appreciate your thoughts, Fab! We'll share your interest with our team.

We're sorry to hear you aren't a fan of the 400ct select-a-size sheets, Frank, and we recommend instead purchasing a smaller count of the regular Outdoor Fresh sheets to get a smaller box that fits your dryer drawer best. If we can help with anything further, please feel free to call us at 1-800-526-8623, M-F 9am-6pm EST.

Hi Selena! Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the Bounce Select a Size Dryer Sheets. We genuinely appreciate your input and understand your concerns about the sheets sticking together.

While the Select a Size option is designed for flexibility, allowing you to tailor the sheet size to your specific laundry needs, we recognize that this format may not suit everyone. Here are some highlights of the Bounce Select a Size Dryer Sheets:

- Perforated Large Sheets: Each pair consists of two sheets, which can be easily separated for larger laundry loads.
- Concentrated Active Ingredients: Each smaller sheet contains the same amount of active ingredients as the Base Bounce Dryer Sheets, but with 33% less substrate.
- 5-in-1 Benefits: These sheets fight static, wrinkles, repel pet hair and lint, soften clothes, and provide long-lasting freshness.

If you prefer a more traditional option, we also offer our standard Bounce Dryer Sheets, which come separated and counted for your convenience.

We take quality very seriously, and your experience is important to us. If you continue to have issues or would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us at (800) 526-8623. We are here to help and ensure you have a positive experience with our products.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Bounce Select A Size Outdoor Fresh dryer sheets. We understand that fragrance strength can vary based on personal preference, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

The perception of scent can be influenced by several factors, including the size of the room and the amount of ventilation. Increased airflow, such as when windows and doors are opened, can also affect how strong the scent is perceived. Additionally, the amount of product used can impact the fragrance intensity; for a lighter scent, you might consider using less product.

If you find the fragrance to be too strong, we recommend trying to adjust the amount used; Using fewer sheets may help achieve a more subtle scent.

If you continue to have concerns about the scent strength, please feel free to reach out to us directly at (800) 526-8623.
