We're very sorry to hear that, Judy! Our dryer sheets are put through strict quality checks to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition every time, so we apologize that wasn't the case this time. Static cling happens most often when the environment is hot and dry. Fabrics which produce the most static should be dried at lower temperatures. Also, we recommend that you don’t dry the clothes for longer than necessary. It also helps if all the garments you wear together have been treated with a fabric softener to cut down on static. If you use dryer sheets, always use a full sheet. Using half a sheet will not provide the same benefits. Also, do not use a sheet more than once. Very little fabric softener remains on the sheet after the first use. Nonetheless, we would love to learn more, and make this right. Give us a call so we can help: (800) 526-8623

Amanda, thank you for sharing your candid feedback on our Bounce Select a Size Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets, Outdoor Fresh. We understand your frustration regarding the change in sheet size and perceive it as a decrease in product value. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we are very willing to understand your perspective. Our intention with Select a Size, featuring a perforated large sheet, was to offer flexibility for quick dosing in today's larger laundry loads, while allowing consumers to tailor the sheet size to their specific needs. Each individual smaller sheet contains the same amount of concentrated active ingredients as our base Bounce dryer sheets, providing three times static removal versus detergent alone, plus five plus one benefits: fighting static, fighting wrinkles, repelling pet hair and lint, softening clothes, and providing long lasting freshness. Please contact us directly at 1 800 526 8623 so we can discuss your experience further. Thank you.
