Tried a bunch of others. This one really fits a BIG and TALL guy. Very comfortable.

So far everything is working great! Delivery was on time and assembly took about 30 minutes.

An 2 year-old chair with seat bonded leather peeling off. A customer of Lazboy products over 20yrs...Very surprised with poor quality materials utilized on this chair...Looks good in the first 6-9 months, then it turns into a patched-up with tape mess. Seat replacement was approved by vendor 2 months ago, still waiting for it!

Didn't La-Z-Boy used to be a premium company? I bought this chair because I'm 260 lbs, and wanted a comfortable, sturdy chair because I work from home. The arm broke, right where the bolt goes through, so I called customer service. Apparently even though it's a structural part, it's only warranted for 1 year.. (bought it about 2 years ago) It's clearly a defect, as where it broke I can see a gap in the casting.. They apparently will sell me the armrest, but they don't have parts in stock, and it'll be 4-6 weeks (estimated) before they'll get them. I guess I'll just sit on a bucket while I wait. Pretty disappointed to say the least. The customer service gal was super pleasant, it's not her fault, but it's a crappy policy to not warrant structural parts on a "heavy duty" chair.. I certainly didn't abuse it.

I bought this chair about 1 year ago,it started out okay but soon started having issues. 1st issue was the seat bottom,it felt like all of the padding or foam or what ever it is just collapsed. I remedied the seat problem with a pillow. The next issues a few month later was the seat would just drop while I was setting in it & bottom out. I finally had to use a large hose clamp to keep the chair from dropping all the way down,so no more adjustment of any kind. The next issue was the seat seemed to bend & lean to one side & the the other. At this point it looks like it;s time to just trash the chair & go to a real office supply & buy a real big mans chair. This one is junk & not suitable for use by a large person. I'm right at 350 lbs. & it has never performed well.

I have had this chair for two weeks, sadly the leather is already peeling off the arms.

i was excited to put it together , very simple instructions , great comfort seat space but um why doesn?t the back part tilt at all ? it?s suppose to but doesn?t i use the lever and it didn?t budge , so disappointing
