Very easy to put together and comfortable chair. I am more average height and weight but I love the extra room of a larger chair. My back doesn't hurt sitting in this chair for long periods of time.

Bought this chair as I have back problems. First time and every time I sit I'm so comfortable and soothed, pain leaves me. Best investment I've done and great price from Sam's club.

My wife wanted to give me a new desk chair for Christmas. We shopped at several stores and even on-line. When I saw this La-Z-Boy at Sam's Club, I knew that this is the one. And the price was right too.

We needed an up-date on our chairs and I was extremely impressed with the quality! My husband said, " My chair was just fine & I didn't need a new one..." I just received this chair a few days ago and immediately put it together to find it to be of superb quality for the price. It is wide sturdy and soft so should be comfortable for most. The color is a rich brown supple material. Great buy, definitely recommend.

This office hair was tricky to put together, with the cables running underneath the seat, but after I worked out a couple of issues it was just fine. This is an extremely comfortable chair. For the price it's unbeatable. I have to recommend this to anyone needing an upscale office chair.

Although it is well crafted, the back is inclined too far back, making it difficult to do continuous typing. Also, that inclination causes your seat to slide on the chair, where you end up slouching after 10 to 15 minutes.

I have other La-Z-Boy furniture that's great. This one doesn't come up to standards as the lever to change back support angle is basically nonfunctional. Disappointing.

The box arrived fine but there was a small tear in the leather on the side towards the top. In addition, the wiring was too SHORT on one component to actually fit in the box (it was the mechanism that adjusted the back of the chair). I tried everything but could not make it fit. The hubby came home and pulled in a couple of different areas and it finally fit. BUT... it never worked. I had already decided to return the chair for the first two issues but will also tell you that it is uncomfortable to sit in as I kept sliding to the front. It's as if the seat needed too be adjusted to angle up in the front? Finally, I had the WORST customer experience with Sams Club trying to return this chair as the first two people demanded I actually take the chair APART AGAIN to put it back in the box so they could reschedule a pick up time. SIGH..... Not once did they say I could bring it back as is to the store. One even yelled at me. So I hung up on that one and tried ONE MORE TIME and got someone with a brain and a nice attitude. We laughed at the stupidity of the other two and called it good. I returned it to the store SANS box and all was good.
