Brought chair for my office. Good support; love it. Loved so well I ordered my limit and had three shipped out of town as gifts and another one as a gift.

We are tall at 6'4" and these chairs are awesome. Great quality and easy to assemble. Controls for chairs on arms instead of under the chair. Product looks great with brown and brown/black furniture.

Easy to order, free shipping, arrived as quoted. Easy to assemble for woman by herself, instructions simple and easy to understand. Super comfortable and supportive, looks great for office. Great buy

This chair was great for the first 9 months, then the bonded material started flaking on the arms, and by a year old, the arms were bare and the seat was peeling off. The pneumatic lift failed, but we had a fix for that so functionally, it's ok, but aesthetically, it looks like something you might salvage off the street. Never ever would I buy bonded leather again.

Super comfortable chair for the price. Only downside is that it doesn't lock in a reclined position. (You can lock so it does/doesn't recline, but you can't recline, say, 30 degrees, and then lock it in the reclined position.) One tip when putting it together: The Small Screws that are used to connect the base and back rest to the arm supports will seem like they are stripping out the screw holes. THEY ARE NOT. Just keep twisting the Allen Wrench/hex key until they are completely tightened. It takes a while, but it eventually happens. For whateve reason it feels like the screw holes are stripped and you'll want to stop tightening the screws,b but I assure you they aren't. Just keep going like Indiana Jones.

Purchased on the September special for 160 ($40 off). not even worth that. The bolts strip easily and the chair was rickety at best. The arms were already scratched. Take your money, spend a little bit more, and get a commercial grade chair. I sat in for a few weeks and it already began to look worn. Thanks Sam's for allowing me to return it for a full refund

The chair is really comfortable and it sits higher than other office chairs.

I finally found a chair for big and tall people. It's perfect for me. Other chairs are too low and hurt my knees.

Great chair for the price. Compared chairs at some furniture stores and they don't compare to the La Z Boy chair. And the price is great !!!

I bought this chair a couples weeks ago and love all the comfort it is giving me. I definitely recommend this chair.
