This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. Due to my husband's back issues, we have changed mattresses over the years like we change shoes. He has slept more hours through the night and is rested in the morning for the first time in years. I have not really cared what mattress we had, but now that we have this bed I'll have a strong opinion! We would recommend going directly to a flagship store to purchase the bed. Yes, this bed is more expensive but it is worth every penny. We have spent far more over the years on mattresses and mattress pads looking for a solution and we had no idea we were just wasting money.

Well they all said it would take time to get use the our new mattress, and they were right !! It's been about 2 weeks and I think we are finally getting use to the firmness. I have to admit my back has been feeling better, so it must be working. Sure in time, we will be loving this bed. I do love the firm pillows we got. I use to sleep with 2 pillows, not I just use one. For this price ... we better start loving it...

Went shopping for a new mattress for me and my wife both have back issues. Sleep outfitters was our last stop. Dawn Dotson the manager at sleep outfitters was excellent very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress and adjustable frame for us. Very pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in the door untill the moment we left.

Love the idea of this mattress but unfortunately I wake up every morning extremely stiff and in pain. When initially looking at mattresses and talking with a sales person, we were recommended the soft mattress due to being a side sleeper/ back sleeper at times. Really wish we didn't take the advice of our sales person & got a firmer mattress. My sleep has been awful since & overall quality of life has declined. And unfortunately are stuck with a mattress that we don't enjoy.

So far I am still trying to get used to the mattress. It's not good or bad, just totally different from anything I've slept on. The associate at the store said to give it 30 days to get used to and I always thought you either like something or you don't but I'm trying to be patient, we're about 3 weeks in. My husband is adjusting much easier than I am.

Tempurpedic stands behind their product and customer satisfaction. We are pleased with how the company followed through on their promise to stand by us when we had an issue. This enhanced our confidence in recommending the product to our family and friends and this resulted in a relative purchasing the same product this week. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, although the foam seems to hold body heat a bit more than our old conventional mattress. Would have gone with the gel version, but they didn't have it in firm. The "white glove" delivery service leaves a lot to be desired -- couple of guys and a truck -- took all three of us get it off-loaded and up the stairs. They clearly didn't know anything about the frame and set up.

Our bed is the best mattress we have ever slept on. This is a huge statement coming from me because I used to work in sakes & I sold mattresses. We have tried several different brands & Tempurpedic is the best mattress by far. Om just sirry that we didnt buy one sooner. When we upgrade to a King size bed it will be a Tempurpedic. The massage feature is wonderful. It helos with circulation. Also the light underneath allows you to find your slippers & guide your path to and from your bed in the night. The comfort is Heaven.

I had a deeper and longer sleep on this brand new Tempur-ProAdapt Soft mattress. I love this mattress and I look forward to sleeping in that mattress every night. I am 66 years old and go to bathroom less because of better sleep in this new soft mattress! It is well made with soft padding on the top. So I am very happy with it after I did some research including on warehouse website for mattresses. The only disadvantage is the when I sit on the edge because it is soft padding on top but that is no problem for me.
