I tried the sample pack with lemon/lime at first I was super excited to tru this new product.....unfortunately the flavor did not set well with me and was reminiscent of the lemon/lime magnesium citrate saline laxative solution. I did not feel refreshed or hydrated I felt kinda woozy after drinking this concoction.

Worked really well, I was honestly surprised! I drink a lot of water during the day but had a headache and dry mouth. I could tell that I was lacking a bit of minerals/nutrients but needed a quick fix since I was busy. So this came quite in handy! Tried it for the first time. Now the taste was a bit too sweet for my liking and I diluted it quite a bit. Wish it was more on the sour side. So I had to drink it in smaller sips. The sweetness reminded me of stevia. But it helped really fast!! My headache, dry mouth and slight fatigue were gone after around 20-30 minutes. So I’m definitely buying this again! Much better than a Powerade i.e.

Wasn't expecting the taste to be so sour, but this may have been caused by trying to drink the water so soon after I brushed my teeth. Overall, I don't think I had enough packets in one day to really tell a difference. However, it did get me to drink more water throughout the day, which I'm horrible at!! I will be looking into possibly trying another flavor, but I'm definitely going to give it a go with this stuff!! Anything that helps me drink more water each day AND also hydrates so quickly - Yeah, that's a keeper!!

I love the message and the motive of liquid iv. It tastes great and I feel more hydrated from the electrolytes but I wish it wasn’t so sweet and full of sugar, even though it says the 11g of pure cane sugar are essential to the hydration science. It tastes as sweet as a yellow Gatorade and I was expecting something more naturally lemon tasting

The taste is really good. I like that one bottle of water with Liquid IV packet in it is like drinking 2-3 bottles of water. It also really great that it’s better for us then all those sports drinks. Which I never drank cause I didn’t want all the e tea sugar calories.

I have always struggled with hydration and this product has helped me so much. My lips are no longer as chapped and just overall I feel so much better. Already purchased again and will continue to purchase as well. (Already got the family to start using them as well :wink:)

Hated the flavor! The lemon lime is really chalky and sour I liked the passion fruit the best. I signed up from a promoters Instagram for a sample of the lemon lime then again for what I thought was a sample of passion fruit paid shipping it came in the box was lemon lime and one packed of passion fruit kinda bummed you can’t get a sample box in the better flavors

After trying the sample pack, my body is now begging for Liquid IV! This stuff instantly took care of my morning headaches. It’s tastes really good, easily and fully resolved in ice cold water and works instantly to hydrate the body! It’s a little costly, but definitely worth it! My only complaint: I wish there was a sugar free version, ideally made with stevia.

First of all it tastes delicious. Secondly, I can tell the difference when I use Liquid IV and when I don't! My skin is already looking better and I am sleeping better because I'm getting more hydration in my body. I will continue to use this product for sure!

I'm always feeling sluggish and thought maybe it might help to hydrate a little more. OK, a LOT more. I'm terrible at drinking enough. So when I heard about this product, I decided right away to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the lemon-lime flavor was, and even if it was partly a placebo effect, I swear I felt a difference after my first bottle. I've been drinking a bottle a day for the past 5 days, and I feel so much better. Liquid I.V. for the win!
