Always get a notification to make any adjustments prior to each subscription shipment plus a nice savings since it is a subscription.

This is my favorite electrolyte mix out of all the others I tried. The taste is better than any other product I've used, and I like the saltiness. Some of the others left me wanting additional salt after drinking. . . I also think the small amount of sugar helps with absorption because I feel less thirsty or dehydrated after a few sips. Finally, the shipping was incredibly fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's salty, but you get used to it quickly and then you crave it for how refreshed it makes you feel. We keep a vase full of these on our kitchen counter and I make two cups full each night, one for my husband and one for me. We work so hard as parents, and at our jobs. I don't hydrate well during the day. But once I settle in for the night when my kid is asleep, I down one of these while watching an episode of tv before being dumped into the next day, and it always makes me feel refreshed. Like I'm doing right by myself. It's a great product. And I'm picky, so I love that it tastes kinda like a salty sprite. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It helped me hydrate. Instead of drinking plain water. I am now drinking lemonade to hydrate me more. I wish it came with more sticks. And have a recommendation for the amount of packets to ounces of water ratio.

Solid product. I got it for the lower salt content to mix with my other electrolytes. The flavor is probably one of the better ones compared to similar lower-sodium products. It also mixes well with no clumps or particles at the bottom of your bottom. Would recommend to add to your electrolyte rotation!

I find when I take one of these daily I don’t have any issues with dehydration headaches. I share them with friends at work and family who have similar issues and they’re big fans too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have POTS and have tried basically every electrolyte powder out there (except sugar free ones) and consistently find that I'm less affected by my symptoms when I use Liquid IV than with other powders. I'm also not mad about the flavors! I would love a flavorless one, but the lemon lime is lovely.

Hi! I'm an older individual who suffers from hydration woes. I found these to add to my water, I try to drink a lot of water. Not only does it taste good , but my Dr. says I'm doing much better. I'm glad l found these. I should try some of the other flavors. Thanks❣️
