The title says it all. Some liquid IV packets really taste like salt and minerals and whatever else. The passionfruit flavor is phenomenal

Some packs were harder than bricks due to moisture contamination and re-dessication thus rendered useless

These Liquid IV packets save a lot of waste in plastic bottles and they hydrate well and taste great!

Taste like Gatorade but feels like better absorption and more refreshing. I personally like the lemon flavor best. And tastes better cold.

received two year old product, dosent even look same as in the photo on website. called manufacturer and they confirmed its different formula one is 45 calories and new on is 50

We love Liquid IV and thought we would try a new flavor. Passion Fruit is a bit intense. - Even using half of recommended powder to water ratio, it was not a popular choice in our household.

The product was used my myself on a disaster relief trip while working all day on homes. Please just use once a day as the product is strong, but a good quality item. I use it sparingly as needed under a moderate to heavy workout. Thank you

Passion Fruit & Grape are my favorites! I mix Strawberry with fresh lemon juice for a really great combo. I have health issues that require lots of hydration. My doctor recomended Liquid IV. I love it!

Liquid IV are good. They work like they are supposed to for me. Help keep me hydrated and feeling normal after intense runs and workouts. I just wish they had different duo flavors to choose from.
