Works great for rehydration .Really like the taste of the lemon lime . I have been told that you should only drink one a day dur tonthe sodium .

I like liquide IV it for rehydrating or just staying hydrated. It is a bit expensive though so I do buy it often.

Excellent stuff we keep them in our packs while hunting and hiking and then dump them in the water. Great for kids that play sports also
