I liked the gained hydration from the Liquid I.V., but it was very sweet tasting. A bit too sweet for my liking. I did like the lemon-lime flavor.

I random get headaches when I haven’t gotten my water intake in and with in 20 of drinking one my headache is gone!! I love this stuff!

It worked so good!! After drinking more than I should I had a glass of liquid IV and felt back to normal!!
