My favorite flavor! Anytime before or after practice I would drink to replenish my electrolytes and fluids.

It might work well but I did not like the flavor at all. It reminded me of the concoction you have to drink before a colonoscopy.

I liked it. It was super hydrating but the lemon lime flavor is not good tasting. I’m going to try another flavor.

I tried the lemon lime and it was really refreshing! It tasted great, I felt hydrated, and I’m definitely buying more!

Glad I tried this flavor to see how it tastes in comparison. Works just as effectively to hydrate but I prefer lemon lime flavor.

I am always dehydrated, but because I love the flavor I am now drinking enough and I don’t need to drink as much. It’s a winner.

The lemon lime is a terrible flavor. And this tastes really salty and not good at all even when watered down
