I felt well rested after taking the Liquid I.V. sleep I thought it would have me up at night going to the bathroom but that was not the case.

This was a really sugary additive to water that made me feel 0% more hydrated. Seemed like a gimmick to me. Definitely a waste of money Thanks!

I love this flavor too. It has a lot of taste too it so I tend to water it down a lot more than recommended but I still love it.

The taste was very refreshing! I was expecting a heavy sweet taste...but it was very light and wonderful!
