This is not my favorite flavor, I’ve found several others that I prefer. But it still helps to maintain my hydration.

I love the taste and how I feel after I drink one of these. I have recommending these to many friends and will counties to purchase.

I did not like the taste as it was too sweet. As a diabetic I was disappointed that there was so much sugar in this product.

The lemon lime is a terrible flavor. And this tastes really salty and not good at all even when watered down

The results of drinking livid IV is amazing! Helps me get into the flow of my workout as I feel very hydrated.

I didn't care for the flavor and it remained grainy, didn't dissolve well. It's not something I would buy again.

Liquid IV taste great and I felt hydrated quickly. Good for everything from an intense workout to after a long night of partying.

I wasn’t a fan of the lemon\lime! Was going to order the berry and give that a try. My husband loved it but then again he likes both flavors
