I could see results after drinking this that my hydration had improve and I felt better throughout the day.

I drink so much more water when I add this! The flavor is by far my favorite (at least until I get my hands on some watermelon!).

Surprised at the great taste (lemon lime) and how quickly I could drink 16oz. This will now be a daily afternoon habit!
