I bought it for my Dad. He's elderly and doesn't like to drink water, so he gets dehydrated easily. This product helped a lot. Also helped me.

I liked the gained hydration from the Liquid I.V., but it was very sweet tasting. A bit too sweet for my liking. I did like the lemon-lime flavor.

I hate drinking water (so weird I know) but this has helped me so much in keeping me hydrated and drinking more water! And it tastes amazing!
