I brought liquid IV with me when I was traveling and it helped to keep me hydrated and not tired throughout the trip.

I loved liquid IV, not only do I feel hydrated through out my hikes, but I also feel as though it gives me an extra boost of energy!

After working outside all day I used one of the samples from my order and omg I felt amazing after, within 30ish minutes

I don’t drink much water and I am a runner. I drank half of one before my race and finished the rest afterwards! Love the lemon lime taste as well.
