I’ve been using it in my water bottle when I work out so I get plenty of water 32 ounce bottle plus Liquid IV makes me a hydrated women

Passion fruit is my favorite. Reminds me of an expensive refreshing drink I would get at a coffee shop. Highly recommend!

I like this product, but the flavor was too sweet for me. I added extra water. I did like the sample of the sleep Liquid IV!

So far so great... I am not the best water drinker and using this product made it easier to get my hydration in.

Could not take a second sip even after chilling it. The lemon taste was mild while the other taste ( medicine like) was very prominent.

This one is very tasty I like to mix this one with my pre workout and it balances out that sweet to sour ratio for a perfect balance.

Great product, very impressed with the results of using. Have only used a few times and have been happy w/ the results.

My daughter has autonomic dysfunction and can’t keep her blood volume up. Liquid iv has helped her be able to function like normal. Thank you!
