I just got diagnosed last week with strep and this was part of my wellness pack to stay hydrated! So grateful!

I purchased the sample box, and have to say, when used it during Crossfit workouts it seemed to keep me hydrated very well.

This is the first time I have tried Liquid I.V. and my family and I think they are amazing and very hydrating!:)

I liked the gained hydration from the Liquid I.V., but it was very sweet tasting. A bit too sweet for my liking. I did like the lemon-lime flavor.

I really like the Acai Berry flavor but it could have a little more prominent pop to the flavor like the lemon lime.

I am so happy I found Liquid IV it's so tasty and helps me stay hydrated. No color, taste great and a nice change to regular water. Love it!
