Tastes good and leaves me hydrated. I personally put it in 24oz otherwise the taste is too strong for me.

I wasn’t a fan of the lemon\lime! Was going to order the berry and give that a try. My husband loved it but then again he likes both flavors

This is a fairly average flavor. The hydration is good obviously (I have not noticed a difference). It is not my favorite or least favorite though.

I purchased not knowing the sugar content and ended up throwing it all away. I have diabetes and could not use.

Love it. Take a couple packs with me to work everyday. Has replaced my need for pop so that's a big plus. Thankyou.

Drank one before drinking and one the morning after and it didn't help my hangover as much as pedialyte does. Pricey for not helping

I felt very hydrated and refreshed. I thought this was a great alternative to Gatorade. I will definitely continue to use this. Flavor is great too.

Good flavor, dissolves immediately. I enjoy it most with chilled water not cold. Helped me stay hydrated during a long drive.
