Pretty good.very sweet I had to put it in a 32 oz cup. Didn’t notice feeling any better. So not sure if it actually was working. But may try again

It might work well but I did not like the flavor at all. It reminded me of the concoction you have to drink before a colonoscopy.

I love this flavor. Great for post workout hydration!! It’s not too overpowering so it’s easy to drink and enjoyable!

Loved the lemon lime flavor! One packet for 16.9 fl oz was to flavorful for me. I liked to use closer to half a packet but it tasted great!

Lemon lime is a super light yet refreshing flavor. If you’re looking for a starter kit this is a good flavor!
