After practice, I tend to have a headache from dehydration. After drinking a bottle with one packet, my headache goes away. Takes wonderful as well.

I was surprised I actually liked taste of the lemon-lime. Could tell a difference right away. Works just like it says it does.

This product is great for hydration but I find it slightly lacking taste wise in comparison to other liquid iv products which are fantastic.

This flavor is really complex, I love it and it taste great. Definitely also one of my favorites and I don’t get tired of it. I love it.
