I felt well rested after taking the Liquid I.V. sleep I thought it would have me up at night going to the bathroom but that was not the case.

Makes me feel refreshed. Good about of packs in the box definitely worth it. The flavor is so good and no to extreme.

It tastes pretty good I’m just not a lemon lime person that was my sample I had one stick but I’m going to order a different flavor!

This one is very tasty I like to mix this one with my pre workout and it balances out that sweet to sour ratio for a perfect balance.
