(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Liquid I.V. Lemon Lime flavour was very easy to use as an electrolyte drink mix. I simply had to empty the whole package into a 500mL bottle of water and shake a bit and I was ready to drink. The powder dissolved quite quickly after a couple of shakes. Though, the powder does eventually settle at the bottom of the bottle after a bit; so I definitely had to give the bottle a shake before each drink. I really liked that this was in a slim package that made it very easy to carry around and use whenever I needed or wanted to. The lemon-lime flavour definitely comes through and is pleasant to taste. It tastes very similar to other similar lemon or lime flavoured electrolyte/sports drinks. There is a slight after taste that is likely attributed to the salts, sugars and other addictive to help replenish your body after a workout. The after taste was no different than other similar electrolyte/sports drink products. Overall, an enjoyable and easy to use electrolyte drink mix.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Nice tasting drink mix that tastes like lemonade. However, upon reviewing the ingredients/nutrition facts, I am a bit disappointed with the excessive amount of sodium in each one, the high sugar content, and the use of a synthetic form of B12 (cyanocobalamin). If the ingredients were more in line with my ideals, I would definitely consider getting more. I understand it's an electrolyte drink, but I think some of the ingredient levels are just not matching with my health plan.

I was not happy the item was on sale, but limited how many I could get at that price.

Great for hydration. Drink one every morning.

Please carry the berry one. It is a very light flavoring that anyone could augment if they choose
