Liquid Iv is so convenient on how it’s prepared for us athletes. We can grab it on the go dont need any scooper, isnt messy very reliable

Didn't care for the lemon lime flavor. Ordered the other flavors and had to add some more water so it wasn't so sweet. But good overall
