I brought liquid IV with me when I was traveling and it helped to keep me hydrated and not tired throughout the trip.

I will order liquid iv over and over again. all flavors. Such great tasting stuff with awesome hydration.

It had an odd taste before the lemon lime flavor kicked it. Sorry, but not something I would order again.
