These works great. I add it to 32 ounces of water, the flavor is way too strong for me in 16 ounces.

Liquid IV lemon is the OG. I like the Grape, Cotton Candy and Orange Vanilla Dream but Lemon Lime just tastes so good.

Buy it for my granddaughter. She is a diabetic type 1. She drinks it at time she needs to hydrate because she is to low. I don't drink it.

These things are great when you have the dehydrated headache or before/after a workout. It really does seem to hydrate you faster than just tap water.

I am older but still work outside and find that using Liquid IV morning and evening helps keep me hydrated. In extreme cases I add it to my midday snack time.
